NEW ALBUM. 'SHRI - SINGING BASS'

Drum The Bass will release Shri's latest solo album, 'Singing Bass' on very soon. This album is the result of his self-exploration. Featuring a combination of solo bass with loopers, effects, some layering and the occasional tabla and Indian flutes (bansuri), this album is a dreamy escape from the realities of today's world, to a space of ... hope?

" This sumptuously crafted album acts as a microcosm of Shri's sonic world. The sounds and landscapes of India are never far away, but they're transformed by musical experiences and collaborations that have helped to define his journey thus far...."

That was my introduction to the bass guitar.” - Shri
